Qualification Cycle: Women in Management – Developing Competencies

The Steinbeis-Transfer-Institut Kulturtransfer supports the career qualification of women by offering “Empowerment and Vision “, a series of seminars for companies and individuals which combines theoretical inputs with innovative training workshops for the development of leadership competencies.

Women experience themselves as lone fighters in a working world of traditional power structures. Organisations with a comparatively high percentage of women in the executive departments will increase their economic success by 48% (current study by McKinsey).

Objective:
Strengthening of leadership competencies

High Potentials, heads of departments and project teams

Qualification modules Empowerment and Vision:

  • Knocking at the gates of power – how do I see myself?
    Answers to the current self-image, identification of female management and success models
    Workshop: Images of women in art
  • Push UP – how do I present myself?
    Professional image, self marketing, training your business strengths
    Workshop: Boxing – punching ball exercises
  • From Hera to Artemis – what are my abilities?
    Becoming aware of leadership resources, leveraging strengths, developing and implementing strategies
    Workshop: Person-centered systemic constellations
  • Charm and standing – how do others perceive me?
    Female communication, status behaviour, nonverbal / paraverbal communication
    Workshop: Body perception and stress management
  • Communicating visions – what is my goal?
    Recognizing opportunities, providing impetus, inspiring networks
    Workshop: Interactive experience-oriented planning game “Visions”
